Bekah Cow ..
Came with picky chinese food eaters and they thought it was good. As long as I get sauteed veggies and some kind of noodle dish , I'm happy lol. Full of flavor but just a little too oily for ME unfortunately. Made my stomach a little upset. But over all good!

This is the place to go if you want a no gimmick, hearty HK style breakfast. Their breakfast special, which is from 8am to 11am, is enough to tie you over until late afternoon.
My favorite thing to get here is the Seafood Congee. You HAVE TO get this if you're a fan of congee. It's the perfect amount of ginger and seafood and rice. I can eat the entire bowl by myself. Granted the combo is $9+ but I think the quality is much better than the congee you get from dim sum.
Skip on the Wonton Noodle Soup. Sadly this was disappointing. Granted the portion is large and there are at least 8 large wontons, it still doesn't make up for the lack of flavor. OK Cafe serves a better bowl of this at a cheaper price.
My 2nd item is always the Shrimp Rice Noodle. The shrimps are big. The noodles aren't overcooked. And the sauce they pour on top is just right.
And did I say endless Milk Tea? Because there is endless Milk Tea with condense milk. -

Pros: Good service for a birthday, elegant restroom, nice tables, no wait, good shrimp w/walnuts
Cons: B rating, overall bland, fried rice very salty, duck room temperature, tea had no flavor, both wifi didn't work -

Because Top Island next door was full, I came to this restaurant. We ordered mushroom beef, scrambled egg with shrimps, tofu pot, steamed cabbage with dried shrimps and fried fish filet. We specified less salt and less oil but they all came with regular salt. The fish filet was extra salty, too. The scrambled eggs with shrimp was good. The tofu pot was ok. The other dishes all seem to mash together and not tasty at all. If you're looking for ordinary Cantonese restaurant to fill your appetite, this restaurant is ok, but I'd not treat guests or bring friends to this place.

I felt like I've been asleep for ages while this place was running.
I have been going to Top Island for YEARS, but not this place. I came here for a luncheon with my mom and the bf and we were so blown away by the choices of food they have! It is your typical Hong Kong food, but I love the authenticity of the food itself.
We ordered a cheung fun (steamed roll with meat and shrimp), beef stew lo mein, and fish filet porridge. Everything was so good. There were so many other items on the menu and I definitely recommend this place if you want to try a HK breakfast or lunch. They have a breakfast menu as well as a lunch menu. I know that the lunch specials here are daily served, with milk tea or iced tea!
I'm very surprised by the lower ratings on here because this place is good. I would come earlier, like most places otherwise you'd have to wait.
CHECK OUT that GLOW on the beef stew picture. The meat is really tender and flavorful. It really tastes like it's been boiled in beef broth for hours. Phenomenal.
